USAID LEV Continues to Facilitate Customer Service Standard for Administrative Service Centers

On Wednesday, October 04, 2017, the USAID Leadership in Economic Governance (LEV) Program holds a second one-day training for the Heads of the Centers for Administrative Services Provision (CASP) in Kyiv oblast (21 participants) to ensure high quality customer services.

The training  develops skills of CASP staff to prevent and manage conflict in their daily interaction with visitors, based on the Uniform Customer Service Standard recently issued by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (MEDT). This document was developed by USAID LEV jointly with the MEDT, the Administrative Services Reform Office, and the All-Ukrainian CASP Association.
